Step 2.. Put Yourself Out There.

About a month ago, I started my journey. My goals for this journey:

2) Get active
3) Regain my life.

I know it is going to be a hard road. It already has been. Watching what I eat, when I eat it, and how much of it, can be a little bit of a headache. With the help of my wife, family, friends, co-workers, and especially my awesome coach I know I can achieve my goals.

Here I am at my heaviest ever, when I weighed in on Feb. 9th. I was 311 lbs. in the last month, I have dropped down to 298. My ultimate goal.. 250.

I can’t wait to see where all this takes me!
