Step 3. Weight Loss Update

Good Evening Readers!

Well it has been a little bit since I have updated everyone on my weight loss.

I started my weigh loss journey with Beachbody back on Feb. 9th, and as of March 28th, I have lost 19.4lbs doing Country Heat! I can’t believe the results I am getting! My coach even posted this on social media for everyone to see.


The next program I am doing is 3 Week Yoga Retreat. I chose this one to gather some strength in my legs and upper body.


Step 2.. Put Yourself Out There.

About a month ago, I started my journey. My goals for this journey:

2) Get active
3) Regain my life.

I know it is going to be a hard road. It already has been. Watching what I eat, when I eat it, and how much of it, can be a little bit of a headache. With the help of my wife, family, friends, co-workers, and especially my awesome coach I know I can achieve my goals.

Here I am at my heaviest ever, when I weighed in on Feb. 9th. I was 311 lbs. in the last month, I have dropped down to 298. My ultimate goal.. 250.

I can’t wait to see where all this takes me!


Step 1..

Hey everyone! Thank you for stopping by and being apart of my new journey! Last Thursday, I made a huge step in my life, and decided to do something about my health/weight.

Prior to last Thursday, I hadn’t really cared about my health too much. That all changed wbeachbody_logohen I weighed in at the doctor’s office about a month ago. I was the heaviest I have ever been. I decided that I needed to do something about that.

Over the last couple weeks, I have researched several different programs out there, and well last Thursday, I decided to be a part of a Beachbody team led by my high school friend Kasey. I ordered my Shakeology, and I am anxiously awaiting for it to come in.
