Step 5: Help Lead a Challenge Group

Hello everyone!! I am sooooo excited! April has been a huge month for me and being a coach! Challenge groups have been keeping me busy…

Through other media outlets, I have got a lot of people that say to me

“Tom.. You keep on taking about challenge groups.. I don’t like the word challenge.. It scares me!”

Well it kind of scared me too at first. If we don’t challenge ourselves, both body and mind, we are just kinda blah.

Why is a challenge group good?

1) It brings people together that have the same purpose and goals.
3) It helps you get through the good and bad days
4) It offers nutrition education, portion control tools, meal plans, etc

I have been doing this since Feb. and I love it. What’s really cool, is that my wife has seen my change and has decided to join in the fun! She will actually be in this group!

So, if you are interested in knowing more about challenge groups, I have a couple starting like NOW! Contact me through here, and I will be glad to discuss more with you.

Step 4: Get Involved

Hey Everyone! Coach Tom here!

That is right! After football-coach-clip-art-11045getting the results I did, I decided that I should get involved in the Beachbody Coaching community and help other people get to where they want to get health wise. I have become a coach, and it is so much fun!

I love love love love love times infinity helping people, and sharing my journey along with them. Doing life with other people is a huge thing for me.

If you ever want to know more about Beachbody, and are in the USA or Canada, feel free to contact me through my contact form on this site, and I will be glad to get in contact with you!

Step 3. Weight Loss Update

Good Evening Readers!

Well it has been a little bit since I have updated everyone on my weight loss.

I started my weigh loss journey with Beachbody back on Feb. 9th, and as of March 28th, I have lost 19.4lbs doing Country Heat! I can’t believe the results I am getting! My coach even posted this on social media for everyone to see.

The next program I am doing is 3 Week Yoga Retreat. I chose this one to gather some strength in my legs and upper body.

Step 2.. Put Yourself Out There.

About a month ago, I started my journey. My goals for this journey:

1) Lose weight16996230_860961077085_8737309107648882715_n
2) Get active
3) Regain my life.

I know it is going to be a hard road. It already has been. Watching what I eat, when I eat it, and how much of it, can be a little bit of a headache. With the help of my wife, family, friends, co-workers, and especially my awesome coach I know I can achieve my goals.

Here I am at my heaviest ever, when I weighed in on Feb. 9th. I was 311 lbs. in the last month, I have dropped down to 298. My ultimate goal.. 250.

I can’t wait to see where all this takes me!

Step 1..

Hey everyone! Thank you for stopping by and being apart of my new journey! Last Thursday, I made a huge step in my life, and decided to do something about my health/weight.

Prior to last Thursday, I hadn’t really cared about my health too much. That all changed wbeachbody_logohen I weighed in at the doctor’s office about a month ago. I was the heaviest I have ever been. I decided that I needed to do something about that.

Over the last couple weeks, I have researched several different programs out there, and well last Thursday, I decided to be a part of a Beachbody team led by my high school friend Kasey. I ordered my Shakeology, and I am anxiously awaiting for it to come in.

Again, thank you for joining me on my journey.
